Staff satisfaction is a crucial factor in the workplace. The measure of how happy and satisfied your workers are is directly proportional to their work delivery.   • Safeguard workplace health and safety. A good management acknowledges that their employees are entitled to a healthy and safe environment.

 

The backbone of employee satisfaction is respect and concern for workers and the job they perform. The management must make sure that all aspects covering employee welfare should be covered.
